Deputy Fire Marshals are stationed across North Dakota to provide local and fast response when requested by a department.
The state is divided into seven regions where a Deputy Fire Marshal is responsible for covering when a department within their district requests their assistance. Departments requesting help from the State Fire Marshal's office should contact State Dispatch who will contact the Deputy-on-duty.
Deputies are located in the following communities:
- District 1: Minot
- District 2: Grand Forks
- District 3: Dickinson
- District 4: Fargo
- District 5: Bismarck
- District 6: Jamestown
- District 7: Williston
